Emotional Balance can be defined in many ways.  For some, achieving emotional balance means they are willing and able to accept emotions as they come, rather than suppressing them.  For others, emotional balance means being able to feel a certain emotion without becoming attached to it thus creating space for new emotions to be felt.   And for others, their need for emotional balance stems from their inability to accept a negative emotion without letting it destroy them in that moment.   This set includes three healing crystals that assist in the following ways: accepting and feeling your emotions, helping you to heal from any emotional pain and encouraging you to remain balanced while going through the ups and downs of your daily life.     You will receive one tumbled Rhodonite, one tumbled Amazonite and one tumbled Lepidolite healing crystal.  They range in sizes between 1-2".   They will look similar to the ones pictured above but color, shape and size do vary.  In addition to the three crystals, you will also receive a drawstring pouch (4"x 3-1/4") that we customized with a glitter gemstone using heat transfer vinyl!
