    Smoky Quartz

Smoky Quartz is a form of Quartz crystal in either a brown or black transparent color. It is one of the most efficient grounding and anchoring stones in the crystal kingdom. It has the unique ability to ground us, while simultaneously raising our vibration. Warding off negativity, Smoky Quartz teaches us how to let go of all that doesn't serve us. It replaces what we no longer need with positive energy to revitalize our spirit. By continuing to promote positive thoughts and dissolving our fear of failure we begin to transform those thoughts into action. Ultimately, this transformation leads us towards living our dreams and passions and the life we deserve.

    Sodalite

Sodalite is a stone of self-expression and confidence. It enhances our self-worth and self-esteem while encouraging us to live our truth through our words and actions. Stimulating our Pineal Gland and Third Eye, Sodalite assists in enhancing our intuition. For those of us that react emotionally, Sodalite tames those emotions and encourages us to focus on our logic and intuition during difficult times. It is a stone of disciplined, rational thought and objectivity in verbal expression and will help release mental conditioning and rigid ideals making space for new insights to be practiced.

    Tigers Eye

Tigers Eye has a powerful energy that combines the grounding qualities of earth with the uplifting vitality of the sun putting us in a grounded, high vibrational state. A stone of balance, it works to align our lower Chakras stimulating the flow of Kundalini. Additionally, Tigers Eye helps to harmonize our Yin Yang and emotional energies. Tigers Eye is a protective stone that was used as a talisman since ancient times to ward off evil and negativity. It instills the courage we need to recognize what strengths and talents we already possess, along with areas of ourselves that need improvement. Increasing self-worth and self-esteem, Tigers Eye promotes creativity and clarity to resolve our internal conflicts enabling us to proceed with our highest intentions as the best version of ourselves.

    Hematite

Hematite is extremely effective at keeping us grounded. When emotions run high or the stress of everyday life has you at your breaking point, use Hematite to balance these emotions and keep you grounded and focused on your goals. Hematite is a protective stone that eliminates negativity from our aura restoring harmony and balance. Hematite also stimulates our ability to concentrate and focus, enhancing our memory and organizing our thoughts. Promoting balance and harmony, Hematite helps us come to terms with our past mistakes and regrets. It persuades us to see them not as disasters, but as learning experiences and opportunities for growth.
